Week 1

It's been a challenge doing my cardio preparing to start my BFL challenge. I wanted to start myself in the right direction. I haven't exercised in a very long time and I wanted to start conditioning myself.

I'm trying to get myself into trying the various products to see which ones I like and can tolerate. I'm not into sports drinks etc. so this is new for me.

I won't be the fat girl at all the family functions or the one that the guys say she's cute but a lil tooo thick. Watch me dwindle into a very sexy new ME!!
