Okay, I'm sore. I'm trying to eat my fruits & veggies and workout on my elliptical machine for an hour. This is a true commitment and I have got to get it together. I can't quit especially since I haven't officially started. I'm going to the NBA Allstar game/weekend festivities and I don't want to be the fat friend.
You'd think that would motivate me to exercise faithfully. I haven't found that immediate switch to exercise. i hate giving up foods I love & i hate to exercise. It's so much better to stay in safe opposed to letting yourself go.
Food has been my comfort and helped me not engage in sex like I used to. I don't know if my sex drive was normal for a woman. Food took the place of sex. I really desire a relationship not just a sexual one. I've had the boyfriends who loved the sex but weren't ready to commit. So now I've given up the sex and now the food slowly but surely! All in the name of CHANGE!
